做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
