做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
