做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
