做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
