做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
