做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
