做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
