做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
