做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
