做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
