做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
