做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
