做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
