做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
