做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
