做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
