做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
