做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
