做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
