做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
