做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
