做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
