做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
