做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
