做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
