做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
