做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
