做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
