做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
