做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
