做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
