做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
