做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
