做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
