做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
