做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
