做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
