做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
