做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
