做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
