做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
