做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
