做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
