做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
