做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
