做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
