做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
