做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
