做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
